Yolanda and Jesus are the owners of Carniceria La Guadalupana and live nearby in Redwood City. Oscar, their Godson, graduated from Woodside High School in June and works with them in the store. YO! Mateo youth completed our first store makeover here in March 2011 and helped Yolanda and Jesus better display and promote their fresh produce. Because they had made the decision not to sell alcohol or tobacco, there weren't any alcohol or tobacco advertisements for us to take down. The store looks beautiful!
